Eucalyptus essential oil will help with stuffy noses, headaches, and overall lifting of mind and soul. Perfect as a wake-me-up in the morning or as an end-of-day relaxing treat.

Place at the bottom of the shower or on a slightly higher surface to allow warm water droplets to activate it. Warmer water is best as it will release more vapor into the air with the steam of the water.
